Brand awareness: Lucidchart Makes an Ad
The challenge: Lucidchart had never done an ad like this—one with real actors, a production budget, etc. The brand had a reputation or fun, meme-style organic ads. Its audience was fiercely loyal to a particular brand of humor.
The solution: We decided on a meta approach—if Lucidchart were to make an ad, what would that look like in the writers’ room? I wrote the script.
