Entrata was gearing up to launch its first B2C brand, Homebody. It’s a suite of products for renters that can make renting better, financially beneficial, and more convenient. After intense audience research and several versions (Google Docs with names like “Homebody Brand Voice_Final 01 - v.3”), I developed a brand voice made up of four personality traits:

  • Poised

  • Apparent

  • Smart

  • Unifying
